Attorney Tracey A. Wood
Wisconsin native and attorney, Tracey Wood earned her law degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. Attorney Wood is Wisconsin's first ever lawyer appointed to the National College for DUI Defense Board of Regents, as well as the only female to ever serve on that board and the youngest ever member. Tracey was also Wisconsin's first ever attorney appointed as a Standardized Field Test Sobriety Instructor. She is President-elect of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and a member of the Dane County Criminal Defense Bar. Attorney Tracey Wood is Wisconsin's foremost authority on OWI - operating while under the influence of an intoxicant - laws and defenses, and often mentors other attorneys in Wisconsin and across the nation. Tracey authored Challenging Prior Under The Influence Convictions, was a contributing author to DUI Defense, and is currently writing a drunk driving legal treatise for Wisconsin. Areas of Practice
